Within Wintringham, the majority of the roads are maintained by the relevant house builder for that area, until they are formally adopted by the council as a public road, when responsibility will pass to them for maintenance. Contact the Urban & Civic Master Developer Community Lead Christine Littlewood who can help locate and inform the relevant builder
