Who manages the public green spaces?
- Within Wintringham, all public spaces (apart from adopted roads) are maintained by the estate management company - Encore Estate Management who can be contacted about any issues here
Who should I report faulty street lighting to?
- Within Wintringham, the majority of the roads are maintained by the relevant house builder for that area, until they are formally adopted by the council as a public road, when responsibility will pass to them for maintenance. Contact the Urban & Civic Master Developer Community Lead Christine Littlewood who can help locate and inform the relevant builder

- You will remain in the care of the site team for a set period of time, depending on your builder, but after a few weeks/months you should then switch to being in the care of the central builder customer support team:
